What you will be doing: Majority clinic-based position Caseload of ages 0-30 with opportunities to tailor your caseload to your preference Mix of NDIS and Private Clients - Autism, ADHD, global developmental delay, OCD, ODD, CP, Down Syndrome, anxiety, language delays, complex communication plus much more Providing evidence-based assessment and therapy Liaising with external stakeholders Opportunities to work in schools (if desired) Why this role: Above award pay rates - earn between $85,000 - $105,000 super Extensive induction program plus a slow increase in the number of clients you are seeing per day Professional Development allowance of $2000 per year Weekly team meetings with discussions around complex cases Focus on well-being with regular wellness check-ins Fantastic admin support Opportunities to engage in projects within the community Hybrid working Weekly or fortnightly supervision depending on experience Integrated working with other Speech Pathologists as well as Occupational Therapists Internal PD sessions once a term Work out of a brand-new clinic with the most incredible sensory room plus all the resources you could dream of having!
